The oil delivery hose is connected by a hydraulic quick coupling, which is reliable and fast, has no directional restriction during operation, and is convenient for assembly and disassembly.
The integrated hydraulic punching machine usually refers to the electric hydraulic punching machine, which is composed of a pump and a punching head, without hydraulic oil pipes. Its design and structure are more compact. According to the type of motor, it is divided into brush punching machine and brushless punching machine. Brushless electric hydraulic punching machine has obvious advantages in service life with the characteristics of brushless motor. For the hydraulic punching machine, under the same output parameters, the price of electric hydraulic punching machine is much higher than that of the split type.

Hydraulic Punching Machine Operation Steps
- Connect the hydraulic oil pump and the working head of the hydraulic punching machine with quick connectors.
- Choose the corresponding upper and lower punching die. Install the upper mold first, and then install the lower mold. When installing the upper die, first unscrew the positioning screw out of a certain position and then install the lower die. Then tighten the positioning screw to start punching.
- Place the work piece and tighten the oil return screw of hydraulic pump. Shake the handle of hydraulic pump until the punching is completed. Loosen the oil return screw.
