Air scissors/ pneumatic crimper tools need the following components for normal operation: Power output, operation form conversion, intake/ exhaust, movement opening and stopping control, energy supply, air filtration and pressure regulation.

• The power output part is one of the main components of the air scissor & air crimper, mainly composed of an air motor and a power output gear. The power output of the air nipper & pneumatic terminal crimper relies on high-pressure compressed air to blow the motor blades to rotate the motor rotor, output rotary motion to the outside, and drive the entire operation form of the air cutter & air nipple clamp to transform part of the movement through gears. No matter what type of air motor, it relies on compressed air to blow the motor blades to drive the rotor to rotate. When the motor blades of pneumatic air nipper & air crimping tool are rotating at high speed, they always rub against the inner wall of the stator.
