    Flat pH Meter Electrode

The flat pH meter electrode has a measuring range of 0-14 pH with an accuracy of 0.02 pH. pH meter electrode operates within a temperature range of 0-60°C (32-140°F) and includes internal temperature compensation using an NTC 10K sensor. The zero position is 7 ± 0.3 pH, with a slope of ≥96% and a compressive strength of 0.6 MPa. The electrode shell is made from durable PPS/PC material, with installation size of 3/4 NPT on both ends, and it connects via a direct lead. Cable lengths are available in 5m, 10m, 15m, or custom lengths up to 50m, while the electrode has a service life of approximately 6 months. The high-quality low-noise cable enables signal transmission up to 60m.

    The pH electrod installation methods:

    PH electrod installation methods
    1. Side wall installation (*The pH electrode must be at an angle of 15 degrees to the liquid surface. Otherwise, it will affect the normal use of the pH electrode.)
    2. Flange mounted at the top
    3. Pipe installation
    4. Top installation
    5. Submersible installation
    6. Flow-through installation

Tips: What is a Flat pH Meter Electrode?

A Flat pH Meter Electrode is a specialized sensor designed for measuring the pH levels in liquids and semi-solids. Its flat glass bulb design allows for better resistance to contamination and impact, making it ideal for use in food processing, industrial, and laboratory applications.
