Tips: How to use concrete vibrator?

When using the vibrator, it is very important to withdraw the device slowly so that you can get enough vibration to eliminate the air bubbles in concrete. You should not leave the vibrator in the concrete for much too long time as it could cause the water to separate from the cement, hurting the look and structural integrity of the concrete.

• User can start by inserting the shaft head fully, then turning it on and leaving it in place for 10 seconds. It is inserted as vertically as possible so that it can naturally sink into the concrete.
• Then user withdraws the vibrator at the rate of about an inch per second until it is completely withdrawn. If there are still bubbles coming out in the concrete once you have fully removed the vibrator, repeat this process until no bubbles emerge.
