Features
- High working efficiency: The vibrator is driven by motor, transmited by flexible shaft, then gains vibration frequency of 17000 vibrations per minute to remove air bubbles and helps concrete settle faster with low noise, high energy efficiency, high safety and good vibrating performance.
- Unique design: The lightweight vibrator only weights 6kg, the compact design is easy to hold and gives easy operation, it provides matched vibrator shafts and the diameter of shaft is optional for user to choose.
- Long service life: The electric concrete vibrator is combined with a compact, powerful and sturdy induction motor for saving energy, its full copper motor and less heat produced make its life more longer.
- Application: Concrete vibrator works with concrete vibrator shaft, is suitable to the commodity concrete and widely applies to construction of bridge, tunnel, harbor, large-scale dam, water wheel power plant and architectural engineering.
Tips: Structure of concrete vibrator
A concrete vibrator comes with three parts: the main motor, vibrating shaft and vibrating head.
★ The motor is connected to the shaft on one side and on the other end to the head. The motor is a crucial part of driving the vibrator and it can be electric or gas powered, whose function is to rotate the internal core of the shaft to vibrate at a high frequency, typically above 8000 rotations per minute.
★ The vibrating shaft is another vital part because it extends the vibration to the desired length of what is needed for the job. Shafts have rubber casings which are intended for high vibration and heat, they can vary between 3 to 20ft. Those that are not built for high vibration and heat will most certainly break, which could damage the motor.
★ The last part is the vibrating head, this part can vary in diameter and may be anywhere from 1-3 inches in diameter. Some vibrator heads are rubber to prevent chipping rebar during vibrating. Another unique head would be the high frequency concrete vibrators which have motors built inside the head. These high frequency vibrators require almost no maintenance and the main advantage is that there is no vibration loss. This could be important when you have to vibrate a column over 20ft in length, in this case, a standard vibrator would lose most of its vibrations after 16ft where a high frequency vibrator would maintain stable vibration. However, these are the most expensive of the many types of concrete vibrators.
