Tips: What is a 12-point spline bit socket?
The design principle of the 12-point spline bit socket is to merge the two torx together, and then the 12-point spline appears. The advantage of the automotive spline bit socket is that it solves the slippage of the torx bit. Both 12-point spline bit socket and torx bit sockets of the same diameter can be used to disassemble with the same size hexagon bolts. Some of the 12-point spline bit socket is hollow, which is suitable for dismantling spline bolts with protrusions in the middle. When using, be sure to give enough downward pressure to the spline bit socket to prevent the car spline bit socket from sliding out of the screw head. When using the spline bit socket to remove or tighten the screw, be sure to check whether there is any debris in the pattern hole of the bolt head. And clean it in time before operating, so as not to damage the bolt or hurt socket due to slippage of the tool.
