Air die grinder mainly has the features of high speed, small size and large output power. It is a pneumatic tools widely used for finishing and surface polishing in the mold industry, which also be used for stain removal, metal mold correction, and aluminum casting grinding. Pneumatic die grinder powered by air, with compact structure and easy to operate.

Instructions for maintain the air die grinder:

1. The compressed air should be clean, free of moisture and debris, please use an air filter.
2. Air tools need to be lubricated before and after use. Please unplug the high-pressure air source before lubricating, press down the trigger and add 3-5 drops of special lubricating oil for pneumatic tools from the air inlet, connect the high-pressure air source, turn the air grinder forward and backward for 20 seconds, and the lubricating oil will exhaust hole discharge.
3. Maintenance must be done every three months. All parts should be inspected and cleaned. Lubricant should be added and stored when not in use to prevent rusting inside the air die grinder.
