Pressure Relief Method

1. Rotate 45° clockwise to adjust the direction of oil return valve switch.
2. Lightly hit the oil return thimble to complete the pressure relief.

Tips: Hydraulic crimping pliers maintenance.

• If hydraulic crimping pliers will not be used for a long time, please loosen the oil return bolt and reset the piston to the end. Wipe the crimping pliers surface clean, and apply anti-rust grease to crimping dies and the metal surface of crimping pliers. Put them in a special tool box and store in a dry environment.
• After hydraulic crimping pliers are used for a period of time, the sealing elements may be worn to varying degrees. Replace the sealing elements in time.
• If there is a large amount of hydraulic oil leakage, it should be repaired by professional maintenance personnel or replace the sealing element.
