Tips: Using skills for heavy-duty hydraulic bearing puller.

  1. Before using the heavy-duty hydraulic bearing puller, tighten the oil return valve rod clockwise.
  2. Adjust jaw base to the direction of jaw hook and grasp the bearing or gear to be pulled.
  3. Tilt the piston back and forth to make the starter rod move forward steadily, and jaw hooks move back accordingly to pull out the bearing or gear.
  4. If it is requires the extension of piston starting rod be greater than the effective distance of the hydraulic bearing puller piston starting rod, you need to stop when the extension is close to the maximum effective distance, loosen the oil return valve rod, and make the piston starting rod to retract. After adjusting, repeat steps 1-3 again until the bearing or gear is pulled out.
  5. If you want to loosen the oil return valve rod, just slightly loosen the oil return valve counterclockwise. The piston starting rod gradually retracts under the action of spring.
  6. Before use the heavy-duty hydraulic bearing puller, the required force must be estimated and a suitable hydraulic puller must be selected. Do not use overweight to avoid damage.
  7. Working oil of the heavy-duty hydraulic bearing puller should be anti-wear hydraulic oil, and the working oil must be clean.
