Tips: Instruction of buiding walls with bricks

    1. The bricks should be moistened with water before laying with brick trowel knife, avoiding the bricks to absorbe water from the cement mortar and causing the adhesion reducing and cracking.

    2. If the wall has a door opening, put cement board or angle steel at the top of the door opening to ensure stability.

    3. When building walls, first use steel bars to connect the old and new walls. Because the new wall will shrink. Secondly, the joints of the new and old walls should be reinforced with nets to prevent later hollowing and cracking.

    4. After the new wall is completely dry and firmly shrink, laying covering can begin. When laying the roof, use small bricks to lay diagonally to make the wall and ceiling more closely connected.

Brick trowel knife with comfortable handle
This brick trowel knife is much better than the old brick trowel knife I have been using Dad's. Because the handle is comfortable and the blade is quite strong and flat, this tool is easier to use.
