Structures of air paint sprayer
- Paint spraying cup: The paint spraying cup made of high quality PP plastic that is corrosion resistant and sealed. It effectively avoids paint leakage.
- Adjustable spraying cap: The spraying cap can be adjusted 360 degrees to control the direction of the spraying scope.
- Starting switch: Press the starting trigger, the paint will spray out.
- Spraying scope valve: The looser the knob, the smaller the spraying scope, and the tighter the knob, the smaller the spraying width.
- Spraying fluid valve: The looser the knob, the more paint, the tighter the knob, the less paint.
- Air pressure valve:You can adjust the air pressure valve to get the good atomization effect and paint saving.

Tips: Different Between HVLP and LVLP of Air Spray Gun
HVLP – High Volume, Low Pressure
HVLP air spray gun allows larger amounts of coating to be delivered under the low pressure. These systems feed the air produced by the turbine through hoses to the spray gun. The air sprayer absorbs a large amount of air and compresses it to 4-10 psi (pounds per square inch) at 46-62 cubic feet per minute (CFT/min), resulting in a uniform flow of coating with little over spraying. The spraying mode of the HVLP air paint sprayer can be set by adjusting the air cap to provide the amount and fineness of spraying.
LVLP – Low Volume, Low Pressure
The LVLP system is a turbine driven (first stage), but it operates at 1psi of pressure from the spray gun at 41 cubic feet per hour. Fine spray dries quickly and with almost no over spray. LVLP is designed for use with tanning solutions and exfoliation. The LVLP air spray gun, like the LVLP system, provides you with a spraying mode selection, cooling grip, paint fluid adjustment, and trigger.
