Tips: What is a extension bar?
Extension bars, also called extension rods, are an indispensable part of the ratchet and socket tool set.
In daily maintenance work, there are 75mm, 125mm, 150mm and 250mm extension bars of different lengths for selection, namely the long and short extension rods we often call.
The main function of the extension bars is to be installed between the socket and the matching ratchet handle for disassembly and assembly of bolts and nuts that are located in deeper places and hard to access by the ratchet and the socket.
In addition, when loosening the bolts and nuts on the plane, the ratchet will cling to the operating surface, hindering normal operation, and even causing safety accidents. Equipped with an extension bar, it helps lift the tool to a certain height from the plane for easy operation.
