Tips: Floor jack troubleshooting

1. There is vibration or the lifting speed is slow when the floor jack is lifting.
2. The handle automatically rises or falls when the jack is supporting the car.
3. The jack head slowly drops when the floor jack is supporting the car.

Solution of double pump floor jack:
Pull out the double pump piston spring, unscrew the piston bolt, and take out the bottom retaining ring, take out two sealing steel balls. Check whether the steel balls are in good condition. If they are damaged, replace two 5.5mm steel balls. Put new steel balls in, and use flat steel column is aligned with the steel ball and knocked with 15kg force to make the steel ball and the oil passage completely sealed, and then installs the piston.
