Note: The hydraulic punching machine needs to be used with a pump. Hydraulic hand pump T-CP-700, hydraulic electric pump T-DYB-63A (750W), T-HHB-700A (750W) or T-QQ-700 (1.2kW) is recommended.

Hydraulic Punching Machine Installation Instructions

1. Use Allen wrench to install, fix and remove punching dies.	2. Use a rivet to remove the nut (only for model T-CH-60)
3. Model T-CH-70 can be removed the nut manually.	4. Use auxiliary material board for the auxiliary stripping of thin and narrow plates.

Tips: Precautions for use of hydraulic punching machine.

1. When installing the punching dies of hydraulic punching machine, specifications of the upper and lower dies must be the same. The upper die fixing sleeve must be tightened.
2. When installing the lower die of hydraulic hole puncher, pay attention to the cutter edge (that is, the end with the smaller diameter) upward. Don't install it upside down, otherwise it will damage the machine.
3. During the operation of hydraulic punching machine, do not remove the quick connector when the system has working pressure.
4. Pay attention to clearing the waste material generated during punching, so as not to block the lower die hole and damage the punching machine.
5. The punched copper/aluminum busbar should be basically flat.
6. After using the hydraulic punching machine, remember to refueling and venting.
